REVIEW

The Mary Kay Really Red Lipstick is a velvety lipstick perfect for ladies with lighter skin tones but could also be worn by women with caramel tones if paired with the right make up. The attractive and durable packaging of this lipstick is doesn’t fall short of the trade mark high quality packaging that comes with all Mary Kay products and features a color button at the top which is a true match for the lipstick shade contained within.

RETAIL PRICE: N4,000 ($24)

PROS

  • The Mary Kay Really Red lipstick is matte textured and exhibits absolute staying power that can last more than 5 hours without reapplication (without eating or drinking).
  • A small amount goes a long way when it comes to application. I advice using  finger tips or a lip brush for the most precise application.

CONS

  • Due to its orangey base, this lipstick is not suitable for darker than caramel skin tones.
  • This lipstick is quite pricey and will eat into a chunk of your beauty budget.
